AS&T has the following positions available in support of the FAA at the William J. Hughes Technical Center  in Pomona, NJ: 

Sr. Staff Administrator
This candidate will focus on the Coordination, Accounting, Planning and Administration functions. The Analyst provides Business Management functions such as Budgeting, Planning, Control of Funding, Financial Analysis, and Allocation of Funds. Position includes daily office administrative duties: answering phones, typing letters, making PowerPoint presentations, schedule meetings, etc. Must have computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher. Bachelors Degree plus 15 years experience required. Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred. 
 
Computer System Analyst-1 (CSA-1)
The candidate should have experience with the National Airspace System (NAS). To qualify for the CSA-1 a minimum of 2 years experience in the analysis of hardware and software repair on NAS related systems is necessary. The educational qualification for the position requires a minimum of an Associates Degree or certificate of completion in a related field. The candidate must have experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance with the use of oscilloscopes, multi-meters, power meters, network analyzers, protocol analyzers, data signal test set, etc. 

Electronic Technician Maintenance-1 (ETM-1)
The ETM-1 position requires the candidate to have completed two years of study in an Engineering Program or completed a Military or a Technical Institute Program with a minimum of six months of demonstrated engineering experience in the repair and maintenance of electronic equipment. The duties of the position encompass maintenance, preventative maintenance, modifications, testing, calibrating and documenting the test results of electronic hardware.
 


AS&T has the following positions available in support of our DHS/USCG Contract: 

System Engineer/Architect (Washington, DC, Portsmouth, VA or Berlin, NJ):
Candidate must possess the appropriate Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, i.e., Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidate must have significant technical and/ or enterprise architecture and requirements development experience on C41SR or system architectures. Proficiency in using both IBM's Systems Architect (SA) and DOORS requirements management tools, including developing and interfacing between SA and DOORS tool suites. Program Management experience a plus. 
 
Specific qualifications and skills include:
- Minimum 3 years developing C41SR, systems or integrated architectures utilizing the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF); a DoDAF or FEA Certification is highly desired.
- Minimum 3 years of requirements engineering and management
- Experience with enhancements, installation and maintenance of SA and DOORS tools is a plus.
 
DOORS Requirements Administrator (Washington, DC, Portsmouth, VA or Berlin, NJ):
Candidate must possess the appropriate Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, (i.e. Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology) with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidate must be proficient in installation and maintenance, DOORS DXL programming and schema development. Candidate should have working knowledge of Gateway and be skilled at interfacing DOORS data with other software tools (Microsoft Office Products, IBM System Architect, and Rhapsody for example). Skilled in Visual Basic and C programming a plus.

Information Assurance Specialist (Washington, DC or Berlin, NJ):
Candidate must possess the appropriate Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, i.e. Information Assurance, Information Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. Master's Degree or Certification in information security management or systems security is highly desirable. Knowledge of DoD Enterprise Level Architectures and proficiency in Department of Defense Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP)/ Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) processes are essential.Four to six years experience is required in systems engineering processes and system engineering lifecycle applications.



AS&T has positions available in support of our DoD Contract in Moorestown, NJ:

Command & Control (C&C) Systems/Software Engineers: 
Position requires experience in:  Track Management, C&D (desired but not required), strong systems background, integration, navigation sensor and data reduction/analysis. Experience with Navy or USCG a plus, BS Degree in Engineering or related Computer Science field preferred. Positions available at Junior and Senior levels. Secret clearance or ability to obtain is required.
