AS&T has positions available in support of our DOD and DHS Contracts in Moorestown, NJ and our FAA WJHTC NAS Computer Facilities Operations Software Maintenance and Development Contract in Pomona, NJ.
Software Engineering Positions in support of current and future USN programs including AEGIS, DDX and Littoral Class Ships; US Coast Guard Integrated Deepwater System (IDS) and Homeland Security related projects.
Software Engineering Positions Include (Moorestown, NJ):
Individuals will plan, design and conduct software systems modeling, simulation or programs across multiple product lines.
Specific Qualifications and Skills Include:
Software Engineers:
- BS Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
- Minimum of 9 years of related experience in Software Engineering or Operating Systems Programs
- Working knowledge with Software Design Principals
- Demonstrated strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve highly complex software design issues and create new software for multiple products
Radar Software Engineers:
- BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Technical Field
- Minimum of 9 years directly applicable experience
- Design, Code and test to system requirements: Implement Software Change Requests; Participate in Design and Code Reviews; System Integration and Test; Documentation of Software Design; Documentation of Software Problems; Real Time Operating System Diagnostics
- Skills Include: ADA or C++; Object Oriented Design, Open Architecture; UML Modeling Tools; Real Time Environment; Radar Knowledge a plus
Positions in Support of our FAA Contract Include (Pomona, NJ):
Specific Qualifications and Skills Include:
System Analyst:
- BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in System or Application Programming of Aviation Systems
- Individuals will have a working knowledge of different aspects of computing, including: Desktop Operating Systems (XP); and/or other scheduling tools; resolve system problems, scheduling problems with FAN user community and Coordinators; Generate, prioritize and disseminate FAN Scheduling Problem Trouble Reports (PTRs); and Generating, Creating, Disseminating and Prioritizing Problem Trouble Reports (PTRs) using FAN.
Sr. System Analyst:
- BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Systems Analysis and Design
- Individual is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the FAN scheduling system, service support for the Lab Scheduling and Support group, website design and maintenance, end user support, server administration, networking support for the division/group, database design, creation and maintenance.
- Working knowledge in Visual Basic.net Programming; Microsoft SQL Servers; Hardware/Software Maintenance Practices; NAS System Administration; Desktop Operating Systems (XP); Networking Fundamentals; ASP.net Web Applications; Javascript; VBScript and Microsoft Active Directory.
Must possess current Secret level clearance or the ability to obtain one for positions supporting our Moorestown Contract.
